Dave Bancroft

President

Dave Bancroft, President of Veteran Window and Doors, has over 15 years of experience in the window and door installation business in the Denver metro area. Dave has served as Installation Director and Director of Production for a leading national window and door manufacturer, where he oversaw in-house installation crews, service managers, technicians, and warehouse operations, as well as contributed to product design and customer service.

Prior to his successful career in the industry, Dave served as a dedicated Crew Chief aboard CH-53 helicopters in the United States Marine Corps. During his service, he received numerous accolades for his overseas deployments in Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and other theaters of operations, including the prestigious Naval Combat Air Crew Wings for his commendable contributions during Operation Desert Storm.

Co – Owner & Production Manager

Todd Arthur is the co-owner of Veteran Windows and Doors, bringing over 35 years of hands on experience as a residential finish carpenter. For the past 15 years, he has specialized in retrofit window and door installation, developing a deep expertise in precision fit, energy efficiency, and long-term performance.

As Production Manager, Todd oversees every installation project and manages our installation crews, ensuring all work is performed to the highest possible standards. His background in finish carpentry gives him a sharp eye for detail, allowing him to deliver clean, accurate installations that enhance both the function and appearance of every home.

Todd is known for his disciplined approach, problem-solving ability, and commitment to doing the job right the first time-qualities that Veteran Windows and Doors is known for. His leadership ensures that every project completed reflects quality, reliability, and professional execution across Denver and the Front Range.

Tim Aamodt & Kris Milligan

Installation Team

Tim Aamodt brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in window and door installation. He has extensive expertise installing ProVia windows and doors, with a deep understanding of proper fit, sealing, and performance to ensure long-lasting results in Colorado’s climate.

Working alongside Tim is Kris Milligan, whose broad background in the construction industry adds valuable depth to every project. His experience supports precise installations, efficient workflows, and strong attention to detail on every job site.

Matt Fox & Yan Losev

Installation Team

Matt Fox brings 12 years of experience in residential construction, with the last several years focused specifically on window and door systems and full-scale remodeling projects. His background gives him a strong understanding of structural integration, proper prep work, and the details that contribute to a durable, weather-tight installation.

Yan Losev contributes 15 years of industry experience, including time spent working with large national window and door installation companies. He has developed extensive expertise installing ProVia windows and doors, along with a deep familiarity with manufacturer specifications, best practices, and field-proven installation techniques.

Matt and Yan work together to ensure each project is completed with accuracy, efficiency, and consistency. Their combined experience allows them to handle a wide range of installation scenarios while maintaining a strong focus on workmanship, clean execution, and reliable results for homeowners across Denver and the Front Range.
